USA SHIPPING

Direct2UDeals.com ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Properly completed orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 72 hours. Most orders placed before 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the within two business days. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST, on weekends, or US Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Weekend orders include Friday after 2:00pm EST.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times are in business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. The day the order shipped does not count as a transit day in the estimated delivery times.

Please note: Most Standard Shipping orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). In some cases, heavy packages will be shipped through the United Parcel Service (UPS). The shipping confirmation email will indicate the postal carrier along with the tracking number.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information once your order has shipped. Registered customers may log in to your account view your order status. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

LIMITS TO FREE SHIPPING OVER $100

Free plus shipping offers are not included in Free Shipping Over $100. Free Shipping over $100 is restricted to retail priced items. If Free Plus Shipping items are included in a cart that totals over $100.00, we will cancel your order and email you with instructions on making two separate transactions (one transaction for retail items & one transaction for Free Plus Shipping items).

Free shipping over $100 is for United States residents only. Any items shipped internationally are not included in the Free Shipping Over $100 offer.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Direct2UDeals.com cannot control the status of your shipment after the package leaves our warehouse, such as severe weather or other circumstances.

If your country is not listed, we are unable to provide tracking once the package leaves the USA.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and RastaEmpire.com gift cards. We charge your account in US Dollars and your payment provider automatically converts that into a charge in your local currency. Currency exchange is done at the prevailing exchange rate.

Some international credit cards will not work in the US. In this case we recommend using PayPal.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
